Skeptical? Good. Check us.

Founders and agencies shouldn't buy blind. Here's exactly how Aexo works — sourcing, privacy, delivery, and what we don't do.

Buyer due diligence

Check what matters to you before buying.

Tap each commitment you want to verify. Most buyers check at least 4.

Review Standards

How We Judge Findings

Interesting observations are easy. Knowing which observations actually matter is harder. Every Fresh Eyes Report uses a consistent review framework before recommendations are delivered.

Evidence Strength

Every observation is labeled High, Medium, or Low evidence. Founders should know the difference between a verified observation and a plausible concern.

Potential Impact

Not every issue matters equally. We separate interesting observations from problems that can affect trust, adoption, positioning, or growth.

Verification Needed

Some observations require internal context. When outside evidence is insufficient, we say so explicitly.

Questions We Could Not Answer

A public review cannot see everything. We document unanswered questions instead of pretending certainty.

No Fake Metrics

No invented conversion lifts. No fabricated ARR estimates. No unsupported revenue projections.

Founder-to-Founder Recommendations

Recommendations are written from a founder perspective. The goal is practical judgment, not generic audit output.

Intellectual Honesty

How We Handle Uncertainty

Aexo's strength is not certainty. It is the discipline to separate what we can verify from what we cannot.

Can we trust Aexo's conclusions?

Every recommendation is evaluated using four criteria before it reaches the report:

Evidence Strength
High / Medium / Low
Potential Impact
P0 / P1 / P2 priority
Verification Needed
Flagged when evidence is weak
Alternative Explanations
Noted where they exist

Interesting observations are easy. Knowing which ones matter is harder.

What if Aexo is wrong?

Not every observation becomes a recommendation. Weak evidence is flagged. Unverified assumptions are disclosed. Unknowns are documented under "Questions We Could Not Answer." The report is built to show its reasoning — not just its conclusions.

What can Aexo not see?

The review is intentionally outside-in. That means Aexo cannot access:

Internal analytics data
Revenue or conversion numbers
Private customer conversations
Product roadmap decisions
Customer support history
Internal team context

This is a feature, not a limitation. Outside-in perspective is exactly what founders lose when they get too close to their product.

How is this different from hiring an agency?

Agencies are typically hired to solve problems. Aexo is hired to identify them. The goal is diagnosis before execution — an independent read of where your positioning, trust, and onboarding break down, before you commit budget to fixing the wrong thing.
